We are pleased to announce that we are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to start in our main office in Great Yarmouth. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the ever growing construction industry.
The ideal candidate will need to be keen and committed to building their skills within the office environment and willing to take on additional training where offered. They will receive training in how to assist with the following:
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns
- Basic day-to-day Sage Accounts data entry, mainly Purchase Ledger duties but would be shown other aspects including Payroll and Sales Ledger to cover holidays etc.
- Company Document Control
- Producing Tender Enquiries
- Producing Quotations
- General office admin tasks such as printing, scanning, phone answering etc.
